Our Shipping Policy

Pure Leaves business operation and shipping warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (closed on national U.S.A. holidays and weekends.)

We ship ALL orders within 1-3 business days

Most of the time orders processed before 12 PM (PST) usually ships out SAME DAY

All shipments leave our facility at 1 PM (PST) so orders placed after 12:01 PM (PST) will ship the next business day.

There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping methods.

All shipments include an email confirmation of a tracking number.

*PLEASE NOTE: Please visit the designated shipping web site after 5 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). If you are currently viewing the tracking number immediately after the email was generated you will retrieve an INVALID tracking number. Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.

USPS Arrival Times:

  • USPS First Class Mail — 2 to 6 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 Business Days
  • USPS Express Mail — 1 to 2 Business Days
  • * USPS transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

FedEx Arrival Times:

  • FedEx Ground / Home Delivery— 2 to 5 Business Days (in the continental U.S.A.)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight — Next Business Day by 3pm (to most non-rural areas)


Once PureLeaves.net has handed the package over to USPS or FedEx, it is now their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.


FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, a physical address must be required.

Invalid shipping addresses on our system will not be shipped same day until we contact you to verify the correct shipping address.

We ship all orders with a Required Signature Service, which is a signature required upon delivery.


In the event your package has been lost, please file a claim through USPS by calling 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. A package USPS or FedEx has marked as “Delivered” to the shipping address on file will not qualify for reimbursement. Please contact us if you need us to further investigate the issue.


We ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be “Pure Leaves” and will not reference any particular product.

Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail. In addition, please note that Domestic & International rates subject to change without notice.


We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Please be aware that if you are purchasing from us you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage and handling fees. Most international orders encounter delays due to the destination’s customs processing. Pure Leaves is not responsible for these additional fees and will not pay duty charges.


Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by customer or are refused will be refunded after arriving back to us. By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase.
